It can be overwhelming when you don't know where to start, especially when you've read so much advice about the 'best' way to lose weight that you just don't know what to trust anymore. That's what I'm here for!

I'm here to show you how to lose weight in a way that not only feels good, but teaches you how to keep your results so you can finally escape the yo-yo cycle.


Client Wins

Here's what 1-1 coaching involves:

Reach your goals:  Getting the support you need to help you achieve those goals for £250 per month.  Although there isn't a minimum contract, 3 months is recommended to get the best from the process as it gives us time to put things into place!


Goal setting: We set your goals together, monitor & adapt as we go.   We will also evaluate regularly to make sure these goals align with your values.


Workouts:   Don't worry if you're new to exercise, I'm here to help you, and we will build this up slowly when you're ready.  You're more capable than you think!  You can have a training programme designed around you so it suits your goals, preferences, ability & any equipment you have access to.  


Activity targets:  Based on but not limited to steps. For both energy balance and overall health & wellbeing - these targets are set to be achievable for you personally so don't worry if this is new to you!


Nutrition guidance:  Nutrition needs an approach based on you as an individual.  Your requirements will be worked out to suit you based on your activity levels & goals. Nutrition is key to long term success & this is something we will work on to make sure your relationship with food is exactly where it should be.


Weekly check ins: This is a time for you to reflect on the past week and let me know how things have gone. This isn't about writing what you think I need to hear, but being honest no matter how easy or tough things have been.   There will never be any judgement from me, it's a safe space for you to open up.  This is where we find the barriers you face & the way we can navigate those barriers to get you closer towards those goals. You can also contact me via WhatsApp between check-ins for extra support.


ESG Coaching Group: Alongside coaching, you'll also have access to the ESG Coaching Group where we have regular Q&As, a daily accountability post & support of a community (1-1 & group coaching clients) as well as the other awesome Coaches at ESG.
